1. The service
ParchiSaathi, part of My Insta Biz®, is a digital ledger record-keeping tool. It is not a bank, wallet, lender, payment system, or accounting/tax adviser, and it does not transfer money or verify payment completion. UPI links open a payment app on your device.
2. Your account
One account may be created per mobile number. The service generates a 4-digit OTP and delivers it through an available channel; keep it confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login. You must be at least 18 and use the service for lawful business purposes in India.
3. Your data and entries
You retain rights in the business data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having a lawful basis to record customer and supplier information. Balances are calculated from your entries; they are not certified statements and do not create a debt by themselves.
4. WhatsApp and service messages
Where you enable it and a provider is available, the service may send essential entry notifications. Share and reminder buttons may open WhatsApp with pre-filled text which you choose whether to send. Do not use messages for harassment, spam, or unlawful recovery.
5. Plans and fees
The core khata is currently free. If a paid plan is offered, its price and term will be shown before purchase. Fees for a completed billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or abusively; attempt to break, probe, or overload it; or upload content that infringes another person’s rights. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. Keep dated CSV backups from Reports. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to fees you paid in the preceding 3 months (zero for free plans). We are not liable for indirect losses or disputes between you and your parties.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support. Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping needs. We may terminate service for breach, with notice where practicable.
9. Governing law
