1. The service
ParchiSaathi (part of My Insta Biz®) is a digital ledger ("udhaar khata") for small businesses: record credit given/received, cashbook, statements, and WhatsApp reminders. It is a record-keeping tool only — it is not a bank, wallet, lender, payment system, or accounting/tax advisor, and it does not move money.
2. Your account
One account per mobile number, secured by a 4-digit PIN chosen by you. Keep your PIN confidential; all activity under your login is your responsibility. You must be 18+ and use the service for lawful business purposes in India.
3. Your data, your entries
You own the business data you enter. You are solely responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to record your customers' names and mobile numbers. Ledger balances shown are computed from your own entries; they are not a certified statement of account and create no debt by themselves.
4. WhatsApp messages
Reminder/share buttons open WhatsApp on your own phone with a pre-filled message that you choose to send. You are the sender of such messages and must not use them for harassment or unlawful recovery practices.
5. Plans
The core khata is free. Paid plans, if offered, will be shown with their price before purchase and are billed through My Insta Biz® (myinstabiz.com). Fees, once charged for a completed billing period, are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use; no attempts to break, probe or overload the service; no uploading of content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is" on shared infrastructure; occasional downtime is possible. Keep your own backups (use the CSV export in Reports). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months (zero for free plans). We are not liable for indirect losses, or for disputes between you and your customers.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via support. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
